We successfully fabricated a very compact 16-channel 200 GHz-spacing transmitter module for WDM-PON OLT source.The transmitters are composed of reflection gratings and hybridly integrated reflective SOA's(RSOA's) to construct 16-channel external cavity lasers(ECL's) on the PLC chip.
