Bin Laden (along with his weirdly black beard) is releasing a new recording in which he talks about 'foiling plots' in Iraq. An Islamist website has announced it will be releasing a new 56-minute recording from the al Qaeda leader entitled "The Path to Foiling Plots in Iraq" but it won't say when or if Bin Laden's message is video or audio. Previously, al Qaeda messages have been often released within three days of their announcement on Web sites. The website in question has previously been used as a platform for al Qaeda messages. Why are the Western authorities not able to trace Bin Laden through these sites? Or do they keep them open to stop al Qaeda going further underground, meaning the trail gets lost? I'm in the dark on this, so if anyone knows, leave a comment.

  • Personally I don't think the new bin Laden is the real bin Laden. Maybe I'm wrong and he just got a new face structure? Did anyone else hear the tape where Benazir Bhutto claimed Osama bin Laden had been murdered by the same man behind the Daniel Pearle kidnapping?
