Although he is heavily involved in Blues organizations, Martin has always been an avid fan of all types of music and has a special love of attending live concerts. From an early age he has been a dedicated reader of entertainment magazines such as Rolling Stone, Spin, Uncut, and Circus. It was through Bernie¹s affection for these magazines that City Crow was born. On page four of each City Crow issue, you can read The Publisher¹s Note, which is usually Bernie¹s commentary on magazine-related topics. He also
occasionally contributes to the Crowative Writing, Commentary and Interview sections of the magazine.
