This audit is part of an ongoing audit mentioned in the agreement with US Foodservice that went into effect September, 2004. The audit confirmed routine price verifications to make sure the percentages quoted and amounts invoiced to UT were in accordance with the terms of the agreement between the University of Texas at Austin and US Foodservice. In auditing the worksheets provided by US Foodservice for the months of November and January, only three discrepancies were found out of the 50 products listed. The amount overcharged UT was $4.90 and US Foodservice has issued a credit memo in that amount. We have scheduled another audit with US Foodservice for August.
