Oath To Foreign Government By Dan Meador States of America and theConstitution and the laws of the State of oklahoma, (criminal code 1909, section 35, amended.)Presenting false claims. http://www.svpvril.com/dm_OTFG.html
Extractions: Sympathetic Vibratory Physics - It's a Musical Universe! Oath to Foreign Government By Dan Meador Original (Dec. 4, 1999) This memorandum was constructed for a judicial pleading. In Oklahoma, state and local officers are required to take a constitutional oath, then they take a "Loyalty Oath" prescribed by statute. The second oath is to a foreign government known as the "United States of America". This second decoy governmental entity is a key player in the Federalism scheme. The memorandum is therefore important for anyone who is interested in correcting usurpation of power. de jure State of Oklahoma. Therefore, all official acts of the defendants are void, and rulings, decisions, and other acts under auspices of the said United States of America or the presumption that Oklahoma is a legitimate participant in this nonconstitutionalalliance are nullities. I, . . . . . . . . . ., do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, obey, and defend the Constitution of the United States Underscore added for emphasis I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America Underscore added for emphasis As used in this agreement: "State" shall mean a state of the United States the UnitedStates of America Underscore added for emphasis Article II(a) of the agreement demonstrates that the "United States ofAmerica" is a geographical entity that constitutes a jurisdiction foreign to the United States and the several States, including Oklahoma. It is a foreign principal.

Your Internet e-mail address: March 11, 1998 DIVORCE SEMINAR REQUIREMENT UPHELD The Oklahoma Supreme Court has upheld the constitutionality of requiring divorcing parents in Oklahoma to attend the "Helping Children Cope with Divorce" seminars. In Nelson v. Nelson , decided February 3, 1998, the husband was served with a divorce petition which notified him of his obligation to attend the seminar. Husband failed to answer the petition, and did not attend the seminar. In granting a default divorce, the court denied visitation to the husband, based upon his failure to attend. On appeal, the husband argued that the requirement of attending the seminar was a violation of equal protection and due process. The Supreme Court denied the equal protection challenge, on the basis that the requirement applies to all divorcing parents, and is intended as a protection for children of divorcing parents. The court further held that the simple requirement that divorcing parents attend the seminar was not a violation of due process, however, since nothing in the papers which were served on the husband notified the husband that he could be denied visitation based on his failure to attend, the court held that the trial court should have vacated its earlier decree when challenged by the husband.

And almost never is an arrest made under the 119-year-old statute. So what happened recently to John Lawrence and Tyrone Garner, in the supposed privacy of Lawrence's bedroom, was highly unusual. The two men were having sex when a Harris County sheriff's deputy walked into the apartment on another matter, saw what they were doing and hauled them off to jail.
