Other media organizations winning top honors in the 11th annual contest were Legal Affairs magazine; The Virginian-Pilot , Norfolk; the Anchorage Daily News The Post-Standard , Syracuse, N.Y.; the Missoulian , Missoula, Mont.; the Omaha World-Herald ; the East Bay Express , Emeryville, Calif.; and WTHR-TV in Indianapolis. Winners will receive a Casey Medal and a $1,000 award at a ceremony at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C., on Sept. 23, 2005.
