RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE PROFESSIONAL PRACTICES COMMISSION Kevin Ireland, staff attorney, presented the findings and recommendations of the Professional Practices Commission to the Board for action. Mr. Rundell moved, with a second by Mrs. Brown, that the State Board adopt the findings of fact and conclusions of the Professional Practices Commission in cases No. 00-FC-03, 00-FC-04, 00-FC-05, 00-FC-07, 00-FC-11, 00-FC-12, and 00-FC-13, and approve the recommendations of the Commission. The center is accredited by the Academy of Early Childhood Programs, a division of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, one of 24 accredited programs in the St. Louis area. The program operates from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, year round. This program serves children from six weeks to five years of age.
