As part of the six (6) hours, an attorney may claim up to three (3) hours of CLE credit for telephone seminars. Credit for the ethics hour may not be claimed as part of an activity offered by satellite-transmittal, electronic reproduction or telephone. Seminars offered by satellite-transmittal, electronic reproduction, or telephone must be approved by the Commission and must comply with Regulation 4.9.
