You may not see the markers initially, part of the difficult will be finding them. At the start of each game the record time is retrieved from the cookie. At the end of each game, if there is a new record time, the record time cookie is set to that value. Then, the user is prompted to see if they wish to reset the record time. The process then repeats if the user desires. Run through the example a few times to see how the record time exists between refreshing.
