Extractions: LINCOLNSHIRE GENEALOGICAL RESEARCH BOOKS REFERENCE BOOKS THAT I HAVE FROM LINCOLNSHIRE You are number s ince 16 March 1997. I will be happy to search any of the following booklets for your Lincolnshire Research. Email your request to: Nan Clark . Please be quite sure that the surnames that you want me to search for have been in that particular location at a time approximate to the date of the book. Please note that the Census Indexes of Surnames are just THAT - Indexes! ONLY surnames are listed and there could be many, many for a common name - like CLARK!! These indexes give listings only of where to find all of these surnames and sometimes they can get quite lengthy, so you will have to be patient with me when you request entries from these indexes. *Marriage Indexes of Lincolnshire : Horncastle Deanery - 1754-1812 - Vol.19 - Part 1 Horncastle Deanery - 1754-1812 - Vol.19 - Part 2 Horncastle Deanery - 1813-1837 - Vol.19 *1851 Census of Lincolnshire Index of Surnames: Spilsby Reg. Extractions: In terms of the exploration and exploitation of natural resources both living and non-living and the conservation and management of those resources, a coastal state has sovereign rights of the waters superjacent to the seabed and of the seabed and its subsoil. Beyond the territorial zone, the sea extending out to 24 nautical miles is known as the contiguous zone. Although the contiguous zone is no longer considered part of the territory of the coastal state, it does, however, more than double the area over which both the benefits and obligations of the state extend. Within this zone, the coastal state has the right to exercise control in order to prevent infringements of its customs, fiscal, immigration or sanitary laws, or of regulations within its territory or territorial sea, and is also able to punish infringements of these laws committed within its territory.

Extractions: Previous Next Index Bibliography ... Alternate Spelling Search D'AULNOY, MADAME (c. 1650-1705) The wife of Francois de la Motte, Comte d'Aulnoy, Madama d'Aulnoy followed closely on the heels of the fashion for fairy stories initiated by Charles Perrault, but while Perrault's stories were true folk-tales only adorned by the admirable style in which they were told, her fairy stories were the undisciplined product of her own lively imagination. She indeed knew something of folk traditions, but used them in an arbitrary way. For instance, the theme of the bartered bed and the magic nuts is used in 'The Blue Bird', but the fairies are entirely unconvincing, a piece of arbitrary machinery. The stories have the quality of engaging attention, but the style is purely literary. They are forerunners of the CABINET DES FÉES, that monstrous collection in which the voice of tradition grows fainter almost with each successive tale, and the style increasingly flatulent. # 100 DA DERGA A Leinster lord at whose hostel Conary seeks hospitality.
