Big Team Paula proposed that individual meetings be held with big team representatives to describe the project and go through the survey questions. If the Big Team representative has an area of expertise critical to the project, the meeting will also explore that area. A critical goal of these meetings will be to get the representatives individual perspective on directory-related problems and issues. The Core Team discussed what definition of directory should be used during the meeting, recognizing that Big Team representatives have widely varying understandings of directory services. We will need to explain to the Big Team representative what we are looking for in the interview (beyond the definition of directory).
