    Extractions: Lets say you've got a US based website in English but have offices in Australia, the UK and some other regions, all noted on the site. If you mirror your homepage on a .co.uk and .com.au but that is all that is there (all links go back to the regular .com version) would YAHOO!/Looksmart regional versions list that contry specific domain extension in the respective regional directories so that the company would show up for regional searches limited to UK or AU only or do ya need to develop a whole regional site to get listed. Would it work if the entire site was mirrored on the au and uk domains with a regional office listed on the site? This is a tech company with pretty standard products relating to CRM so I woulnd't imagine the local lingo would be that much different? I assume ODP would list any regional version in non English languages w/o a problem but under what conditions would they be likey to list UK and AU domain extensions in the applicable regional categories if at all?

The first is that American sources will not necessarily contain as complete information on foreign companies as material produced locally in individual countries. If a foreign company trades on any of the US exchanges, it will have to file an annual report (20F) with the Securities and Exchange Commission .
