As with the previous year, the comments and suggestions of the participants will be taken into account for the planning of Summer Explorations in Canadian Cultures 2000. Schedule '99 Sunday, June 27 - Day of Arrival Participants arrive in Peterborough at Traill College. Named in honour of the noted author, botanist and pioneer settler of the Peterborough area, Catharine Parr Traill College is one of the founding colleges of Trent University. Traill College is beautifully situated on a drumlin overlooking central Peterborough. The college consists of a number of old houses of architectural and historic significance, and one relatively modern building, Wallis Hall (the residence).
