Athletics and activities have started and seasons are well under way. At the time of writing, the Senior Boys Soccer Lancers are the NCSSAA champions and will compete in the Provincial Championships that will be held in the spring, and the Senior Football Lancers are the Eastern Champions. We had an increased enrolment of 62 more students than predicted, so this meant that we were able to hire more teachers as a result of the fall staffing adjustment. Some students had their timetables altered; however, the results meant that class sizes were smaller. We welcome Mr. S. Campbell, Ms. N. Cheung, Mr. P. Kelly, Mr. B. Laugher and Mr. M. Minter. We also welcome back Mr. S. Gravelle and Mr. D. Stanley. Ms. V. Legut has also joined the Sir Wil Staff this year as an exchange teacher from Grenoble, France, and Mr. W.
