Extractions: Commercial HVAC guidelines press kit In March 2001, CEE's Board of Directors adopted Guidelines for Energy-Efficient Commercial Unitary HVAC Systems , a document that defines energy-efficient installation practices for commercial unitary HVAC systems. These guidelines will augment the existing HECAC initiative. These guidelines provide a resource for CEE members and others to develop their own products and program components to encourage proper installation of commercial HVAC equipment.
