Throughout the seminar Sifu carefully matched students to train briefly together, enabling everyone to experience the widest possible mix of skillsets and styles. Sifu tried to pair students with people with whom they would not normally train so that they had to experience Chi Sao out of their "comfort zone". When Sifu called a halt to the seminar at 3pm, no one could believe they had been training continuously for 3 hours. November 12 2007: Over Ten Years in Clifton "Even though we teach effective martial art, you do hope that they wonât have to use it in real life, however, they were all able to use their skills to come out on top.
