As a player progresses down the fairway, he or she must make each consecutive shot from the spot where the previous throw has landed. The trees, shrubs, and terrain changes located in and around the fairways provide challenging obstacles for the golfer. Finally, the "putt" lands in the basket, and the hole is completed." Extractions: Welcome to my frisbee page! This is my favourite frisbee game at the moment. It is best played with a (160g) "Freestyle" frisbee. (The different types of frisbee will be described later.) It is essentially a tricks game. The idea is to pass the frisbee around between your friends while trying to pull off insane catches and throws. The way I play it there is no competitive nature to the game, it's just for fun. At present my most insane throw is the Theast Bentener . (This is my name for the throw, it may have a proper name but I can't be bothered to find it out.) To do the Theast Bentener you must jump quite high and raise your legs, almost to the horizontal. In this position you then flick the frisbee under both legs. If you manage to land correcly, without breaking anything and get a decent throw in the right direction you've just tamed the Theast Bentener. To master it you've just got to get the timing. The Theast Bentener is often refered to as " BenTen My best throw is a beast but my best catch is still fairly basic. I call it " No-Low ". It is very simple, again its a matter of timing and hand-eye co-ordination. When the frisbee comes towards you at knee to waist height raise one leg and catch the disc with the same hand, beneath the leg. This is easily tamed.
