From 1998, he was Assistant Instructor at Indiana University School of Music and Assistant Pianist at the Opera at the same University. Mr. Correa-Salas was also invited to work as a pianist with Janos Starker, Franco Gulli, Yuval Yaron, Kim Walker, Virginia Zeanni, James King, Giorgio Tozzi at their teaching studios in Indiana University. As a composer he has been commissioned to write a work for the Indiana University Ballet, as well as for Union Church of San Juan and for the Tribute Concert that Indiana University offered to the Princess Irene of Greece in her visit in 1999.
