The Steve Bassett Discography john Cerazano, and johnny Boranco in the day time, hanging at Els studio later, David Hood, Brian owings, and Kelvin Holly http://www.stevebassettmusic.com/bio.html
Extractions: "Steve Bassett's musical style is a synthesis of America's root music; blues, r&b, gospel, and rock & roll. Not only does Steve have a true feeling for the blues, he is a master of the gospel idiom, and in this combination of talents he is just about unique in music. He is a singer's singer and he communicates with his audience in a soulful front porch manner that crosses markets and generations and leaves his listener feeling like he has sung to them alone." Pretty flattering words, aren't they? They came from the mouth of the most legendary talent scout in the history of American popular music, John Hammond, Sr., the man who discovered and nurtured the careers of Benny Goodman, Count Basie, Lionel Hampton, Billie Holliday, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Stevie Ray Vaughan and so many others. One could surmise that Mr. Hammond knew a thing or two about American music. His uncanny knack for discovering new talent earned him the respect of musicians worldwide throughout his long and distinguished career.

Extractions: How many M.D.-J.D.'s are there? I am aware of no formal accounting. I am aware of 3 MD-JD's from my medical school class of approximately 230 and 2 MD-JD's from my law school class of 240. I have seen one estimate of . If you are aware of a comprehensive list (or count!) of doctor-lawyers, I would appreciate hearing about it. I have assembled this list piecemeal as I come across information on professionals with both degrees. As I would estimate that the number of dual degreed professionals is on the order of 1% of doctors and lawyers, this list is clearly just a small sampling. I hope that this list may be of some use for locating people with similar backgrounds and interests. Medical Malpractice Defense Attorneys:

The Building Everyone Will Date But No One Will Marry owings Merrill, whom Silverstein had already hired to devise a site His father, Harry, a RussianJewish immigrant, was a classical pianist who http://newyorkmetro.com/nymetro/realestate/urbandev/features/11718/index3.html
Extractions: "Who Wants to Move to Ground Zero?" He fumed as his authority over the site was questioned: by the victims families, by city planners, even by Giuliani, now an American hero, who in his final speech as mayor called for Silversteins new buildings to be built someplace else. When the Times editorial page suggested the creation of a new governmental entity to rebuild the site quickly, Silversteins name was not mentioned. He ignored the media and focused on wooing the man who held most of the power downtown: George Pataki. The governor had his own considerationsshould he sanctify the site as a park or memorial, or back Silverstein? It was, after all, an election year, so he took political cover: In November 2001, Pataki announced the creation of the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, the state agency that would devise a master plan for the sixteen-acre site. There was no assurance that all 10 million feet of Silversteins office space would be part of the final master plan; Silverstein had no vote in the LMDC. Its fair to say he was a nonentity, says LMDC member Roland Betts. Larry did not have a seat at the table. There was another reason to marginalize Silversteinhe and Pataki werent exactly friends. It didnt help that he supported Mario Cuomo in the 1994 election that had brought Pataki into office. It also didnt help that Silverstein was pushy. Generally speaking, everybody found him impossible and full of shit, says one lawyer close to the interaction between the governor and Silverstein, adding that LMDC president Kevin Rampe, thenPort Authority chief Joe Seymour, and Pataki chief of staff John Cahill all hated him. Rampe denies this, Seymour declined to comment, and Cahill, with a noticeable lack of warmth, says, Larrys a very ambitious, aggressive developer. And thats why hes been successful.
