On Tuesday, Jan. 18, Joshua Muravchik, resident scholar of the American Enterprise Institute, will discuss "American Leadership After 2000." His research areas include human rights and democracy, socialism and Iran. An adjunct professor for the Institute of World Politics and the executive director of the Coalition for a Democratic Majority, Muravchik is the author of The Imperative of American Leadership: A Challenge to Exporting Democracy, Fullfilling America's Destiny, News Coverage of the Sandinista Revolution and The Uncertain Crusade: Jimmy Carter and the Dilemma.
