The drive will only run through this week, May 20th. Your support helps keep this site not only up and running, but also growing. BSMW continues to increase in traffic and visitors, and with that comes added operating costs. The site also requires a substantial investment of my time, and these fundraisers help me justify the time and effort that goes into maintaining and growing the site. The last six months have been the busiest in BSMW history. An incident around the Super Bowl led to huge numbers of new visitors. Exposure on a national level, such as in the New York Times and other national publications have raised the interest level in BSMW to new levels. Because of this increased interest, there have been increased costs and commitments. I had to double my bandwidth with my hosting company, and recently paid a year of hosting in advance in order to try to get the best deal. I've had a lot of behind the scenes "interviews" from various entities looking for information and quotes. These are very exciting times and I'm looking forward to continually growing the site for your enjoyment. BSMW has always been and will always be free.
