Five Little Giants Baseball Players Earn All-NCAC Honors
Wabash senior baseball pitcher Jon Horne was joined by teammates Jared Bogan, Billy King, Bill Goff, and Danny Schubert on the 2005 All-North Coast Athletic Conference Baseball Team. Horne and Bogan garnered First Team honors, while King was a Second Team All-NCAC selection. Goff and Schubert were both named to the Honorable Mention All-NCAC team.
Sunday Baseball at Defiance Cancelled Sunday's season-ending doubleheader baseball game between Wabash and Defiance has been cancelled due to weather.

Volleyball Sheehan Gets 500th Win
Sep 16 - ATLANTA, Ga.– Allegheny College Volleyball Head Coach Bridget Sheehan earned her 500th career win tonight as the Gators defeated Piedmont (Ga.) in the Emory Classic by scores of 32-30, 30-16, 30-15. Sheehan is in her 20th season as head coach for the Gators, and through last season, ranked 18th in wins and 34th in win percentage among active Division III volleyball coaches.

Volleyball Volleyball Wins Two at Emory Classic, Sheehan Earns Win 500
Sep 16 - ATLANTA, Ga. – Allegheny’s women’s volleyball team improved to 9-3 on the year tonight, and in the process, Head Coach Bridget Sheehan earned her 500th career victory. After defeating Maryville (Tenn.) in a tough five games (30-24, 32-34, 30-16, 23-30, 15-9) in match one, the team went on to defeat Peidmont (Ga.) in three games (32-30, 30-16, 30-15). Win 500 for Sheehan comes at the start of just her 20th season, as she has averaged nearly 26 wins per campaign in that stretch.

Men's Tennis Men’s Tennis Opens Fall Season With a Win at Slippery Rock
Sep 15 - SLIPPERY ROCK, Pa. – After closing out last season with a pair of wins in the NCAC Tournament, which earned the team a fifth place conference finish, the Gator men's tennis squad was able to pick up right where it left off five months ago. Allegheny kick-started the 2005-06 campaign with a 7-2 win over Division II Slippery Rock.
