Flat Green (lawn) Bowls
Flat green bowls can be played by two players or by two sides of up to four players. In order to play, a jack is placed on one end of the green and players bowl from the other end.
Flat Green Bowls - Bowling
Players roll from 2 to 4 bowls down the green and attempt to place their bowls closest to the jack. The winner is the person whose bowl ends up closest to the jack. Points are scored after each "end" (when all of the bowls have been delivered).
Flat Green Bowls - Scoring
One point is scored for each bowl closer to the jack than the opposition's best bowl. Games can be decided by ends or by points.
