Spring 2007 Signups Sterling Flag Football is now accepting registrations for the Spring 2007 season. The last day to sign up for the Spring 2007 Sterling Flag Football league will be March 31. Flag Football is a non-contact sport open to all boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 14. Age Brackets are: Division I (ages 6-8 co-ed), Division II (ages 9-11 co-ed), and Division III (ages 12-14 co-ed). Cost is $50 per child, with a $100 maximum per family. There are limited spaces for non-Sterling residents.

is a year-round organized flag 5-on-5 all-passing football league for adults in Southen California. Each season consist of 10 games, and 1 orientation game which is like our preseason. Wolf Pack practices before each season in order to be prepared to play and to make any adjustments for new players. The Metro District offers many different flag football leagues geared toward the competitive player to the recreational player. Leagues fill up fast, so sign up early.
