The 7th edition of the Ottawa Disc Golf Club's Ice Bowl tournament is set to go on Saturday, February 9th at Jacques Cartier Park (north). This charity event, which supports the Ottawa Food Bank, will take place regardless of the weather conditions, and has the slogan "No Wimps, No Whiners!" There is a division for players of all levels. Overlooking Lake Huntington and only a few miles from the beach, there course consists of 5,400 feet of play space that can expand to 6,100 feet for tournament play. It is an 18 holes or basket course that starts on a hilltop adjacent to Golden West Street across from the new Huntington Beach Sports Complex and winds down dirt paths to partially-shaded fields.
