Dit jaar (2004) heeft Sharon een 1e prijs behaald tijdens de landelijke finale van het Prinses Christina Concours en bereikte de halve finales van het YPF Pianoconcours.
Met een aantal medefinalisten van het Prinses Christina Concours 2004 gaf zij een concert in Carnegie Hall in New York. Volgend jaar krijgt Sharon masterclasses en concerten in het buitenland en bovendien mag zij een aantal keren optreden met het JeugdOrkest Nederland.
Ook heeft zij diverse optredens verzorgd in Nederland, en was te horen (en te zien) op de radio en televisie. Sharon heeft al een aantal masterclasses gevolgd, o.a. bij Rian de Waal, Igor Roma en Ronald Brautigam.
Sinds kort vormt Sharon een duo met de 16-jarige violiste Josine Jansen. Zij studeert in de Jong Talentklas aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium in Den Haag, bij Coosje Wijzenbeek.
This year (2004) she won the national final of the Prinses Christina Competition and reached the semi-finals of the YPF Piano Competition. With finalists of the Princess Christina Competition she performed in the Carnegie Recital Hall in New York. She also will get masterclasses and concerts abroad, and furthermore Sharon will make a tour with the Youth Orchestra of the Netherlands. | |
