According to the NY Post , Mr. Roker recently caught his 15 year old daughter with her 19 year old boyfriend. Since she wasn't supposed to be seeing him, he started asking her questions about what else she was keeping secret. According to friends, Courtney - in an effort to get her father off her back about Rich - told Roker that she and two of her classmates had smoked marijuana two weeks before in a car. "[Roker] called up the school and told them we had been on school grounds and were smoking pot - and freaked out at the school, asking them what was going on at that school if [pot-smoking] was being allowed," said one of the accused. "We got called into the principal's office on Thursday and were suspended." One student was suspended for the remainder of the school year, a source said, while Courtney and the other girl will be back in class after a week. But one of the kids suspended with Courtney claims they never smoked the fragrant weed. "We needed a ride to the train stop two weeks ago. Courtney and Rich offered us a ride," the youngster claims.

"I think historic preservation is one of the most important things because we're living in such a disposable society. We throw everything away. If it's old, get rid of it. And I think from our historic places to historic faces in this country, we need to make sure they're around as long as possible."
