Thus, the TBI is probably one of the main environmental factors in the AD pathogenesis. In AD, the earliest loss of neurons occurs in the nucleus basalis and the entorhinal cortex ( ). Post traumatic diffuse axonal injury (DAI) is concentrated in the deep cerebral regions ( ), near the entorhinal cortex and including the nucleus basalis. TBI biomechanics explores the mechanical phenomenon that causes the initial cranio-cerebral lesions and thus represents the starting point for the overall understanding of the TBI pathophysiology. TBI is the consequence of the spatio-temporal pressure variations occurring inside the brain during head traumas. The spatial distribution of the pressure gradient (PG) is responsible for the tissue strains (compression, tensile, shear), the cerebral lesions' localization and the consequent neurological signs (

BIOGRAPHY For other celebrities click here! Aj mclean Aj Mclean was born on January 9, 1978 in West Palm Beach, Florida. He endured a rocky childhood, dealing with his parent's (Bob and Denise) divorce when he was still young. This affected him deeply, and he became angry and defensive. When the worst was over, little AJ found his love for performance. He was a child model for a few years before he gained a role as the dwarf 'Dopey' in the play 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarves'. By the time he was twelve he had performed in 27 plays! Thus began a career that would dazzle the world and amaze all who knew him. AJ began to focus on his love for dance, in which he took ballet and dance every day for two hours. No wonder he is such a good performer! Through all of this Alexander continued his acting, and in 1990 he moved to Orlando to focus on his acting career. He attended a private acting school and acted in small plays and modeled periodically. One of his acting jobs includes Nickelodeon's "Welcome Freshmen". In 1992 AJ attended a Latin Carnival talent competition, in which Howie was also a part of. After the competition he met howie, and they became friends. Auditions were then participated in by both Howie and AJ together. In another talent competition both AJ and Howie met Nick, and the rest is history.
