Um ihn zurück zur Einheit zu holen soll sein Freund Katsuragi (Sho Aikawa) ihn zu einem Einsatz überreden und einen Drogenring platzen lassen. Doch bei dem Auftrag verläuft nicht alles wie geplant und Katsuragi gerät in die Fänge des Drogenbosses Kenji (Masayo Kato). Dieser betreibt neben seinen Drogengeschäften noch den verbotenen Fight Club "Muscle Dome", in dem Katsuragi nun um sein Leben kämpfen muss. Aber dort ist noch Niemand lebend heraus gekommen. Joe macht sich zusammen mit Akane (Misato Tachibana), der Schwester Katsuragis (Misato Tachibana), auf, seinen Freund zu retten.
