According to The Hollywood Reporter, Cusack will play a cop whose search for a serial killer becomes personal when his teenage daughter goes missing. The trade paper says that production on "The Factory" could begin as soon as January with Morgan O'Neill at the helm. O'Neill won the Australian version of "Project Greenlight" and co-wrote the script with actor Paul Leyden.
