Anthony Trollope Anthony Trollope was born in London, England on the 24th of April, in 1865. Thomas Trollope intended his sons to gain a full education at Winchester, just as he had done, and he felt that Harrow was appropriate while his sons waited for vacant spots at Winchester. In 1827 Anthony was finally admitted to Winchester.
