FOIA Update
Vol. V, No. 3
FOIA Legal and Administrative Contacts at Federal Agencies
The Office of Information and Privacy (OIP) is the principal contact point within the Executive Branch for advice and policy guidance on matters pertaining to the administration of the Freedom of Information Act. Through OIP's FOIA Counselor service, experienced FOIA attorneys are available to respond to FOIA-related inquiries at (FTS) 724-7400. For inter-agency contact purposes, the following list contains the principal FOIA legal and administrative contacts at all federal agencies dealing regularly with FOIA matters. In some instances (e.g., Department of Defense), all major agency components are listed individually under the agency. In other instances (e.g., Food and Drug Administration), major agency components are listed separately. In still other instances (e.g., Department of Labor), no components are listed, as it the agency's preference that all FOIA contacts be made through its main FOIA office. All telephone numbers are FTS numbers unless a local area code is listed. When both the legal and administrative contacts (marked "L" and "A" respectively) are at the same address, the common address follows the name of the administrative contact. OIP should be advised when there is a change in a legal or administrative contact or any change in address, telephone number or title.

The KEARVELLs of Bosham - Descendants of Francis Kervil
Updated December 29, 2002
*** NEW HOMEPAGE now available at www.kearvell.com ***
(this site will not be updated after October 2002)
The worldwide Kearvell Family is indebted to Gordon Kearvell from Slough England and Mary Voyle (nee Kearvell) from New Zealand, the architects of the earliest family trees put together in the 1970/80s. Their careful research connected our name back to the one marriage in 1693 at Bosham in Sussex, England between FRANCIS KERVIL (unk-1715) and ELIZABETH CUPIN (1671-1707).
Back in 2000, I set myself the target of contacting as many Kearvells worldwide as I could find with the intention of updating Gordon and Mary’s earlier work. I also undertook research at a Family History Centre to infill the Family Tree with all 19/20th century family members. From a Tree with a few hundred names it has now grown to one of over 800 names with the help of the responses from family members in England, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA and even Mexico! The present Tree is now comprehensive enough to enable any family members to quickly identify their particular branch. The only known gaps are with our Adelaide, South Australian cousins where we do not have full details of the decendants of Edward and Alice Kearvell who emigrated to Adelaide in the early 1890s.

What Other People are saying about Rebekah Florence
gajoob Splendid E-zine Daily News Album Network ... gajoob If lyrics alone make a CD, this one is at the top of the list. Rebekah Florence is probably one the only people who can use the word elitist in a song and have it make sense. Alternating between country love songs and comedic trips to Mexico for Prozac, "Mexican Prozak" hits a mix of alternative country and folk music. This is the CD to play when you are in the mood to laugh, sigh, or just sing along. So how would I classify this? Well, alternative, country, folk, comedy, love songs… Take your pick, it’s got them all. It has straight vocals, warped vocals, and countryish vocals. The drummer plays rock beats, country beats, and no beats. Banjos, fiddles, pianos, bassists, and… a lap steel? While a little too non-conformist for today’s commercial DJs, it's important to note they are missing a good thing. Where else I can I hear about HMO’s, birth control, beer, hairy men, shaving, fajitas, dresses, sneakers, and riding to London on a cheetah?...Good lyrics, good music, good vocals, professional, and comedic. Overall a definite good job. Jen Platner, mp3critic.com

Site Map Simon and Georgie at the GS Rally August 24, 2004 GMT Coming Full Circle and Coming Home Leaving Iran marked the ‘end of the unknown’ for our trip; but not the ‘end of the unfamiliar’. Spending a year and half in Asia had changed us and allowed time for things to change back in Europe. So this chapter is unusual in that we deliberately didn’t write it on the road; in fact it wasn’t completed until almost a year later. Before and during the trip we had talked to many travellers and heard about the problems that they had readjusting to normal life after their travels. Many people couldn’t settle into the hum-drum life at home and would return to the road again. We realised that the story of our journey would not end on our return to the UK but would stretch out until ‘all the strangeness of home seems normal again’. This chapter includes many observations about how we adjusted to the ‘weird life of Europe and home’…
