The issue of wider engagement was discussed and it was Agreed that it is important to bring on board the sub-regions sooner rather than later. An event should be held after the meeting on the 18th April, and thought needed to be given to whether this could be combined with the Lisbon event. Also, agreed to update the WMRAF Management Committee [meets in April], WM Business Council on the 7th and 8th April and all Group members to inform the sub-regional Rural Affairs Fora, preferably before the 18th April event, otherwise after.
