This is supposed to be funny look at all the stupid reasons people have for saying gay people shouldn't get married and emphasising how stupid those reasons are. I'm totally in support of gay marriage.
1. Homosexuality is not natural, much like eyeglasses, polyester, and birth control.
2. Heterosexual marriages are valid because they produce children. Infertile couples and old people can't legally get married because the world needs more children.
3. Obviously, gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.
4. Straight marriage will be less meaningful if Gay marriage is allowed, since Britney Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage was meaningful.
5. Heterosexual marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are property, blacks can't marry whites, and divorce is illegal.

Wearing of the Green Words:
Dion Boucicault
A song from the Irish Rebellion of 1798.
The melody is sometimes heard with the words " Rising of the Moon. Melody:
Wearing of the
Green Oh! Paddy, dear, and did you hear
The news that's going round,
The shamrock is forbid by law
To grow on Irish ground.
Saint Patrick's Day no more we'll keep
His color can't be seen For there's a bloody law agin' The wearing of the green. I met with Napper Tandy And he took me by the hand And he said "How's poor old Ireland? And how does she stand?" She's the most distressful country That ever you have seen, They're hanging men and women there For wearing of the green. Then since the color we must wear Is England's cruel red Sure Ireland's sons will n'er forget The blood that they have shed. You may take the shamrock from your hat And cast it on the sod, But 'twill take root and flourish still Tho' underfoot 'tis trod. When the law can stop the blades of grass From growing as they grow, And when the leaves in summer time Their verdure dare not show, Then I will change the color I wear in my caubeen

    INCUNABULA
    William H. Scheide examines
the Gutenberg Bible. Location designators: ExI, Kane, GA, WHS, and RHT. There are three major groupings of incunabula in the Library: I. The General Collection (ExI) II. Kane Collection and III. The Scheide Library. For details about holdings of of incunabula in the Princeton University Library, see the checked copy of Goff's incunabula bibliography. It can be consulted in the Munger (Kane) room of the Library. See: Frederick R. Goff. Incunabula in American Libraries. Third Census. (New York, 1964) [(ExB) 0225.398]. The University owns about 500 incunabula (books printed 1450-1500); in addition, there are about 150 in the Scheide Library (privately held but accessible to University and other scholars.) According to Goff, Princeton ranks twenty-fifth among the twenty-five largest collections of incunabula in American libraries. Moreover, "these twenty-five libraries account for almost seventy per cent of the total number recorded in American ownership." There are special files providing important access to the Library's collection of incunabula. They are: (1) chronological by date of printing (2) place of printing (3) printers and publishers and (4) a special incunabula shelf list. These files are kept in the reception room of the main rooms of the Department of Rare Books and Special Collections.
