Bethel Cemetery This is the old part of the cemetery. The new part is called Ridgeview West. This listing is updated as of 2/12/2002. Italics are additional info from other sources. (* ) indicates the stone is no longer there, or it is broken or missing, or it was unreadable without rubbings; the info for the (*) stones only came from Cemetery Inscriptions of Collin County by Pitts, etc. 1972. (**) indicates the names are from the Plat map found at the Cantrell Funeral Home. On my visit Jerry shared this info with me. The book has not been updated in a long time. He explained that people bought lots and the names were inscribed in the book but often burial actually occurred at another lot which the family "traded" for. My thanks to Jerry and to all the others who assisted me with this project.
