Puckerings Lacrosse Home Research Articles Stats ... About me Welcome to the Puckerings Lacrosse page. As you may know, lacrosse was Canada's official national sport for some time, before hockey was promoted to share the honour. The history of lacrosse is just as colourful, just as long, and just as important as that of hockey. What's a lacrosse page doing on a hockey site? It's free! Information on joining up is available on the website. The SCLR is currently made up of less than a dozen, but they're some of the sharpest guys you'd ever want to meet. There is a mailing list for lacrosse discussions, and several editions of the newsletter have already been published. There is also a stats archive, on which I hope to have stats from all time, eventually. If you looking for lacrosse history online, really the first thing you should do is to visit SCLR member Paul Whiteside's wonderful
