Soriatane For A 3.5 Year Old - The Ichthyosis Board (knocks on wood) i would say i started to young as well which was when I was 9 . annamarie. IP Logged. Chandra Member. Posts 541 FromBeaverton, OR http://www.ichthyosis.com/ubb/Forum3/HTML/000035.html
Extractions: I have a 3.5 year old daughter who has an undiagnosed skin condition; it's probably CIE but the dermatologist has bandied harlequin and netherton's too. The dermatologist has just suggested putting her on soriatane but having read about the bone spurs etc with accutane on this bulletin board, I'm now really concerned about giving her a related drug at such a young age. Plus at the moment she is confident in herself and making good progress at nursery; I don't want her to start getting hung up about her appearance to the public already. Does anyone have any advice or comments that would help us? Thanks IP: Logged Keith Charsha I'm sure you've read how I feel about retinoids, in fact I just came from the doc yesterday and saw a new xray of the big bone spur that is forming on the edge of my hip socket and the absence of cartiledge in the socket. In my opinion 3 1/2 years old is way to young to be on any form of retinoids. The only way I would consider giving a 3 1/2 year old retinoids was if it were relieve a life threatening situation, then the risks may be worth the possble side effects in the future. Since as you say she is confident and making progress at her nursery I see no reason to put her on them, it would only be a temporary relief with possible long term side effects.

By Derek Price In Arizona's Painted Desert, Professor Derek Price and his psychology students discover as much about themselves as they do about the Navajo people with whom they live and learn. The Motion of Songs Rising Amanda Dibble '02, Annamarie Dopheide '03, Jason Coscia '03, Katie David '02 and Natalie Seibel '02 are the fourth group of Wheaton students to undertake service learning with me in the Navajo Nation, but the first for whom it comprises a full-credit course of nearly three weeks. The rhythm of this January field course is: five days of travel/orientation; one week of service; a weekend of reflection and cultural activities; another week of service; two days of reflection, summation and travel; and a term paper to be completed on campus in February. The heart of this course is the service in the classrooms of a community-built school that aspires to educate Navajo children within the embrace and wisdom of their own culture. The educational vision of Little Singer himself arose in the 1970s from the sense of loss experienced by Navajo families suffering through generations of their children being forcibly transported to distant schools hostile to Navajo ways. The current generation of Navajo educators, including principal Lucinda Godinez, president of the school board Thomas Walker Jr., and board member Benny Singer, son of Little Singer, has expanded the original vision to incorporate programs in family literacy, community wellness and community service into a curriculum unique in American schooling. Their work has been facilitated by Dr. Mark Sorensen, director at Little Singer, who for decades has provided local and national leadership in the administration of tribal education.

It involved the two families and sometimes there were protracted negotiations. A book titled BRAUTSCHATZMITGIFT VERSCHREIBUNG 1760-1808" (Dowry Contracts, 1760-1808) has the dowry contract for Johann Friedrich Schnake and Annemarie Elisabeth Paul. [Sorry, at this time I do not have the compiler or publisher.] There is also a contract for an Anne Marie Schnake and Herman Lilienkamp. She was apparently Johann's sister; however, there is a problem with this dowry as other records show her already married to someone else (see below). Here are the contracts in German, followed by translation and comments: Johann and Annemarie Elisabeth's contract: 1797 August 25: Marie Elisabeth Paul heiratet Johann Friedrich SCHNACKE, Nr. 19 Unterlübbe. History Of The Mauthausen Concentration Camp - Overview Massive wooden door at the entrance to Mauthausen main camp According toSereny, Speer talked to a friend, annamarie Kempf, about his trip to Mauthausen http://www.scrapbookpages.com/Mauthausen/KZMauthausen/History/introduction.html
Extractions: Massive wooden door at the entrance to Mauthausen main camp The notorious Nazi concentration camp at Mauthausen was opened on August 8, 1938, a few months after the Anschluss of Austria and Germany on March 12, 1938, which marked the beginning of Hitler's drive to conquer Europe. The site for the camp was chosen by Reichsführer-SS Heinrich Himmler, the head of the elite SS Army, and the man who had authority over all the Nazi concentration camps. The location was in isolated farm country, but near the Wienergraben, a municipal quarry which supplied the city of Wien (Vienna) with granite stones. The quarry was near the city of Linz, which Hitler referred to as his "home town," although he was born in Braunau am Inn, a small town on the border between Germany and Austria. Main street of the camp, taken after it was liberated On March 13, 1938, Hitler visited the graves of his parents near Linz, two days before he triumphantly entered Vienna to the cheers of thousands of his fellow Austrians. Himmler was also in Linz, the capital of Upper Austria, for this momentous occasion and before he returned to Germany, he took the opportunity to look for a suitable quarry where he could locate a new concentration camp to exploit prison labor. The town of Mauthausen was on a branch railroad line and also on the river Danube, which meant that it would be easy to transport prisoners into the camp and granite out of the camp.
