I had to sell my home, I am changing my career, moving to a place where I have been many times, but it is not home." Though Warlock had been steadily working on Los Angeles-based television shows since 1982 including DAYS OF OUR LIVES (Frankie), BAYWATCH (Eddie) and GH he couldn't resist the lure of live theater and trying his hand at life in the Big Apple. "When I was done with GENERAL HOSPITAL, that was part of the plan, to move to New York and to take my career in a different direction. My new agent liked what I had to say and I liked what he had to say, so we hooked up. I went back to L.A. and I was going to hang out there during pilot season. He called me and said, 'Listen, I have got an opportunity to get you in on a play at the Public' which is the greatest off-Broadway theater in town. He said, 'Would you want to go after it?' I said, 'Sure!' " Warlock read the script and got on board.
