He extended his appreciation to Rotary International and the hosting families for providing this opportunity to them. Mr. Kargoz said he is the advisor to the Mayor of one of the fourth largest cities of Turkey with 1.5 million population. He introduced other members of the team: Sonay Gunaydin, Fusun Zorlubilek, Yasemin Ozarslan, and Selcuk, Uniutur. Mr. Stein said he learned that the scale of activity in Tompkins County is quite different than what they are use to. The growth of those cities with populations of 1.5 million each year is approximately 60,000-80,000 each year.

After the warrants were issued, they were not sealed, forcing the police to work quickly. A paperwork mishap meant that after the indictments were handed down, they weren't sealed, forcing police to act immediately because at that point they had become public record. "We pulled everything together in an hour and a half," said FMPD spokesperson Detective Loren Sharp. "We had great cooperation from the other agencies." About 20 officers from the FMPD, Morgan County Sheriff's Office, Brush Police Department and Log Lane Village Police Department served the warrants. Eighteen warrants were issued and four individuals remain at large: Twenty-four year old Caesar San Miguel; Jay Cano, 26; Jason Anderson, 18, and 20-year-old Amanda Davis. Police believe that Davis recently moved to New Mexico.
