Charismatic Error Email: rlister@picknowl.com.au A Warning: The language used on this page is of an explicit nature when describing the various forms of filth that pervade this world. There are some that will take offence at the language used and at the attack against their lifestyle, and there will be some who profess to be Christians that also take offence. I do not apologize and will not alter any content on this page unless is it as a result of error. I do not desire to offend but the very message itself will offend because it is based upon truth, God's Word. On the subject of Sodomites, I suggest that you go to Sodomites in the Bible to get some understanding on how the Bible speaks of them. After reviewing the language used in this page I have replaced the phrase " filthy stinking perverted sodomites " with the more appropriate " disgusting, abominable and perverted sodomites ." I believe that the latter is a more literal description of the nature of those that partake of the perverion. The author of this site is pro censorship. I believe that there is a desperate need to censor the net to remove the filth that is not only available to adults, but is readily avaible to any child that might have access to the net. All these software packages that are supposed to filter porno material are probably a complete waste of money as new porno sites pop up every day, and some change their addresses and names just to avoid detection by these packages. The deviates that produce, sell, and display their filth will do anything to pervert the minds of our children. To long have the illegal porno, paedophile and filthy immoral sodomite groups used the internet as a means of peddling their filth.

A related thought I've been thinking about netizenship principles, and I think I'll be thinking about them (and working on them) for the next ten years or so. What do netizens care about and believe in? They believe in leaving control of the net at the edges. Families can filter; countries shouldn't. They believe that optimism is a fine state of mind. Why not believe the best of people, until you're proved wrong? Cooperation produces breathtaking results. They believe that innovation is worth supporting at almost any cost, because you never know what might show up.

Extractions: Equipped for the Future (EFF) is a National Institute for Literacy research project that seeks to improve the quality of adult education services by offering the field a comprehensive content framework, better-defined results, and standards that enable programs to focus on achieving those results. Based on extensive input from learners, instructors, administrators, and others, including many in Washington State, EFF crafted 16 content standards that expand the range of skills currently addressed in adult education to cover what adults must know and be able to do to fulfill their roles as workers, parents and family members, and citizens. In addition to communication skills, like Read with Understanding and Listen Actively, the standards also focus on decision making skills, such as Plan and Use Math to Communicate and Solve Problems; interpersonal skills, like Cooperate with Others, Resolve Conflict, and Negotiate; and lifelong learning skills, like Learn through Research, Take Responsibility for Learning, and Use Information and Communications Technology. In addition to being an EFF development partner, Washington uses EFF as a framework for its assessment and program improvement activities.

Extractions: The licensing terms imposed on DVD technology prevent player manufacturers from offering people the ability to bypass the region codes. The same terms prevent players from making noninfringing copies on traditional VHS tapes or computer hard drives for personal or educational use. People who have attempted to eliminate these restrictions, by making competing DVD players from legitimate reverse-engineering rather than by signing a license, have been sued and enjoined under the DMCA by major movie studios. The Content Scramble System (CSS) is deliberately designed to prevent legitimate purchasers from being able to view their own purchased movies. The region coding scheme used by DVDs prevents individual US residents who purchase DVD movies from anywhere else in the world from simply VIEWING these movies on DVD players sold in the United States.

To that end, we have created the Legal Guide for Bloggers , a collection of blogger-specific FAQs addressing everything from fair use to defamation law to workplace whistle-blowing. We argue that the FEC should adopt a presumption against the regulation of election-related speech by individuals on the Internet, and interpret the existing media exemption to apply to online media outlets that provide news reporting and commentary regarding an election including blogs.
