PA, and lived at Danville, Montour Co. PA. She was a daughter of Thomas and Rebecca ( FREEZE HULLIHAN In 1850 they were running a hotel in Bloom Twp., Columbia Co. PA. By 1860 they were back in Danville and are also listed there in the 1870 census. It has been stated that this Samuel was a son of Isaac and Catherine (Billmeyer) Blue (1.5.10.2.3), however, their Bible record indicates that their Samuel died as an infant. This Samuels position as a son of Isaac BLUE [1.3.1.1.2] is confirmed by the Beers history of Columbia and Montour Cos., referenced below. This reference indicates that Samuel was born in Valley Twp. of (then) Columbia Co. and died at Danville PA. He was a house painter by trade and was also employed in public positions.

Made in the United States of America HAMLETT CEMETERY Hamlett Cemetery is located on the east side of SR-25 at 500E., in Newcastle Township, Fulton County, Indiana. [Note: William H. H. Hamlett, son of Thomas Hamlett, Sr., was born April 6, 1813, in Kentucky. He died at his residence in Newcastle twp, having "arranged all his temporal matters, gave directions concerning his burial, and talked like a man who was just ready to take a long journey. A few days before his death he purchased a beautiful Bible, at a cost of Fifteen dollars, remarking to a friend, 'I never expect to be able to read a word of it, but I know nothing of greater value I could leave to my children.'"
