Frazier, the director of athletics at Clarkson since 2002, replaces interim athletics director Chris Serino , who resigned after seven years. Before assuming responsibilities at Clarkson, Frazier served as director of athletics and recreation at Manhattanville from 1999 to 2002. In addition, he also spent four years at Maine, including one year as an assistant athletics director. Frazier earned a bachelor of arts in communication at Alabama, where he was a four-year member of the football team.
