Extractions: My Sicilian grandmother used to make me, and everyone in our family, wear a corno pendant (aka Italian horn) to ward off the evil eye, and if there were any problems she did some magic spells with garbanzo beans. I think I may send a few cornos to the Sacramento Kings and some garbanzo beans as well. Its unnerving will it ever be possible for the Kings to approach the playoffs with a full set of healthy players. Every year it is something new, Pejas foot, Webbers knee, Bobbys abs, and now a broken leg for Brad Miller. You have to wonder when a critical player has such a strange injury actually two a severe contusion followed by a fracture, what is going on here. My first thoughts were for Miller; hopefully he heals quickly and completely. My second thoughts were not again . Without Miller the Kings are too undersized to take on many teams, take Houston for example.

You can also edit that ranking list by cutting and pasting, can save it to work on later, and can e-mail your list straight to us from the web page. Your single stage draft list should have up to 250 players on it. Message boards News sections Sacramento Kings center Brad Miller will be out for at least a month after breaking his left leg during a light shooting drill Saturday. Miller, a two-time All-Star, missed Sacramento's last six games with a bruised calf. He was expected to return for today's game against Houston - but in the latest bizarre injury in a long franchise history for the Kings, Miller broke his left fibula during a noncontact drill. The bone will heal in four to six weeks, according to team doctors, and Miller should be able to ride a stationary bike in 10 days. But the playoffs begin in six weeks, and the Kings aren't sure whether he'll be ready.
