T-Mac remembers the last time he was in the post-season, the disappointment of going up 3-1 against Detroit and not coming through. Also, Jeff Van Gundy has been equally important. Tracy wants to be regarded as the best in the game, not just a guy who gets numbers. The beauty of his game now is he impacts both ends. I thought he could become the best defensive wing player in the game, but I didnt see the motivation. Sometimes those things have to be brought out in you and that is what Jeff Van Gundy has done. The truly great ones will their teams to victory. Thats what Jordan did and thats what McGrady has to do to take that team to the next level.
